We need to learn from you what you may have stored away in your mind while you’ve been thinking of replacing your kitchen cabinets or designing a new kitchen. If you have no ideas to share then we’ll ask you a series of questions. For example we’ll ask about how you plan to use your kitchen. Is it a place where the family or guests gather or is it for cooking only? Are you a chef who loves to cook or are you a busy person that just needs an efficient kitchen? Lots of questions. That’s what we do at this stage.
Are you thinking about a traditional kitchen or a modern one? If you’re unsure we’ll show you pictures of projects that we’ve done to show you the possibilities. You’ll find that our Shaker style cabinets work in both traditional and modern style kitchens and that color makes a huge difference in which style you prefer. With 10 colors now and more on the way you’ll have a lot to choose from!
This is another way you get to design the style of your kitchen. From the cabinet handles that you choose to the sink and faucet you go with. We’ll talk about appliances. We’ll talk about the backsplash area (The area between the wall cabinets and the countertop) and whether you want to paint it or install ceramic tile or wall paper there. We’ll discuss the floor. Do you want to put in a new floor? Do you want a tile floor or maybe the latest in LVP (Luxury Vinyl Planking) that is waterproof with a lifetime warranty or do you want hardwood? We can install all these things and we’ll work with you to coordinate the design into something that looks great for years to come!
Here’s where we’ll talk about the way the kitchen cabinets will be placed. We are students of “Time and Motion” and know that the kitchen is a busy place. We stress functionality and workflow but if you choose appearance to be the driving force then so be it. The layout is what you’ll be using for the next 20 yrs or more so we want to set it up in a way that’s appealing to see and efficient to use and suits your lifestyle.

After you contact us and we arrange a meeting we’ll come and take a look and listen to what you want to do. We’ll talk about what kind of a budget you have for the project and establish if we can help you get accomplished what you would like to do within the size of the budget. We’ll take measurements and notes so that we can prepare a draft of a plan to come back and present to you.
Within a week or so we’ll arrange a second meeting with you. We’ll review the first draft of our plan for your project and note any additions/adjustments/corrections needed for the final plan. We will bring the head of our installation team so that he can get an understanding of the task at hand and also offer suggestions of areas that may need to be covered as part of the project. He’ll be looking at what the cost will be to do the job and if there are any additional things that need to be done to bring the project to a successful completion
At this meeting we ll go over the plan we have developed and present a price quotation that will show the cost for cabinets and labor for the project. We work with our countertop vendor to be able to show the approximate cost of a countertop. We ll discuss the other items you ll need to purchase or have us purchase for you to complete the job. You will learn how to contact the other professionals we work with (Countertop Shop, Electrician, Plumber, Ceramic Tile installer, Painter, etc) so that they can listen to what you want done and then they will quote you prices for their work as you ll be paying them directly. Feel free to make deals with them ! We have no financial arrangement with them so you save money this way! We ll go over all the details of the project with you at this time!
We require that the cost of the cabinets be paid before we can proceed with the project. When we start, our installation will require that one half of the labor be paid at that point and the balance due at the end of the project along with any additional expenses they have incurred. Note that we will not incur any additional expenses without your approval first. How long the project takes varies on the size of the project, the difficulty we have in moving in and out of the work area and how long it takes the countertop company to come in and template(measure) for the new countertop(s) and then go back to the shop and cut and prepare them. After the tops are installed our plumber will return to connect the new sink, faucet, dishwasher, ice maker, etc. Then, if you’re having any painting done the painting crew will swing into action. The electrician is typically doing his work at the same time we’re installing cabinets.

Only if you purchased a kitchen from us and only if you are willing to wait for us to schedule it which may be 3-4 months out. Our business is selling and installing Kitchen Cabinets from US Cabinet Depot. All other work takes a backseat to this.
Yes. Our cabinets are manufactured by BGI (Brothers Group International) and are warranted for life as long as you are living in your home. This warranty is not transferable. Go here Warranty for more details. (Limited Lifetime Warranty page)

We design and sell Kitchens from Bourne to Dennis on the Cape and from October thru May we go to Plymouth, Wareham and Buzzards Bay. We don't go to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. We will sell cabinets to anyone anywhere so feel free to inquire about that. We are happy to sell cabinets to homeowners and contractors.
