We can help you in other areas because in addition to kitchens and baths we can develop customized Storage Solutions to help keep your home better organized!

Project Management

We have managed many different kinds of home renovation and improvement projects for clients and can help in this area. We will work with you to determine what needs to be done, then prioritize the work. If the work is significant enough we’ll help you develop a Statement of Work (SOW) and then write up Requests for Pricing (RFP) that we can send to qualified contractors who will be vetted to determine if they are capable of delivering the work that needs to be done by checking their references. We can then oversee the work to ensure you’re getting your money’s worth.

Our craftsmen have over 30 years of experience here on the Cape doing repair and replacement of home interiors. Don’t hesitate to show us what you need done or created for you and we’ll work with you on a solution!

Do the Work

Contact: After you contact us and we arrange a meeting we’ll come and take a look and listen to what you want to do. We’ll talk about what kind of a budget you have for the project and help establish if we can help you get accomplished what you would like to do within the size of the budget. We’ll take measurements and notes so that we can prepare a draft of a plan to come back and present to you.

Follow Up: Within a week or so we’ll arrange a second meeting with you. We’ll review the first draft of our plan for your project and note any additions/adjustments/corrections needed for the final plan. We will bring the head of our installation team so that he can get an understanding of the task at hand and also offer suggestions of areas that may need to be covered as part of the project. He’ll be looking at what the cost will be to do the job and if there are any additional things that need to be done to bring the project to a successful completion

Power Meeting: At this meeting we’ll go over the plan we have developed and present a price quotation that will show the cost for cabinets and labor for the project. We are working with our countertop vendor to be able to show the approximate cost of a countertop and the other items you’ll need to purchase or have us purchase for you to complete the job. You will learn that the other professionals we work with (Countertop Shop, Electrician, Plumber, Ceramic Tile installer, Painter, etc) will contact you individually and review the project and listen to what you want done and then they will quote you prices for their work as you’ll be paying them directly. Our installation team is also paid directly by you and will be doing the removal of the old cabinets and any walls that need to come out and will then assemble and install the new cabinets. That is all. The other contractors on our team bill you individually so feel free to make deals with them. We have no financial arrangement with them so you save money this way! We’ll go over all the details of the project with you at this time!

Do The Work: We require that the cost of the cabinets be paid before we can proceed with the project. When we start, our installation will require that one half of the labor be paid at that point and the balance due at the end of the project along with any additional expenses they have incurred. Note that we will not incur any additional expenses without your approval first. How long the project takes varies on the size of the project, the difficulty we have in moving in and out of the work area and how long it takes the countertop company to come in and template(measure) for the new countertop(s) and then go back to the shop and cut and prepare them. After the tops are installed our plumber will return to connect the new sink, faucet, dishwasher, ice maker, etc. Then, if you’re having any painting done the painting crew will swing into action. The electrician is typically doing his work at the same time we’re installing cabinets.

Limited Lifetime Cabinet Warranty

There are a lot of on-line companies selling Ready-to-Assemble Kitchen Cabinets, Bathroom Vanities and Storage , but very few are willing to stand by their product. Our supplier, US Cabinet Depot, a division BGI backs their products with a Lifetime warranty.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Brothers Global Inc, warrants to the original consumer purchaser that US Cabinet Depot cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product (Proof of Purchase is required). This warranty is not transferable and only applicable to products used for residential purposes. Representatives of US Cabinet Depot do not have the authority to change or enlarge this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or lack of necessary maintenance; nor does it cover alteration, modification, improper installation, improper handling / storage, environmental conditions, nor any labor expenses.

Brothers Global Inc., at our option, may elect to repair or replace with a functionally equivalent product any US Cabinet Depot product covered by this warranty. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from original parts received. Return of defective product may be required for a replacement to be issued. Repair parts or replacement parts are at the expense of Brothers Global Inc., but customers shall bear all other expenses. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, cost of removal and reinstallation of product, labor expenses, etc.

Just as no two trees are alike, no two pieces of wood are alike. The variation in color and grain pattern in wood adds to its natural beauty and is not considered an imperfection. Environmental factors, including but not limited to artificial / natural light, moisture, cleaners, smoke, etc, may cause the darkening or mellowing of a cabinet over time. This is a natural process and can be expected. This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening / mellowing of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of, or variation in wood.

Some of the cabinet lines feature a glazed finish which accentuates the door and drawer front profiles. This glaze is hand applied over a stain or paint and may, due to the nature of application, consist of random drips, runs, etc. As glazing is a hand applied process there will be variations in color and appearance from door to door and cabinet to cabinet. This is not considered a defect and is considered normal with hand applied finishes. It is the nature of wood to expand and contract to varying degrees depending on climate conditions. As a result, cabinet lines with painted surfaces may show fractures in the paint at joints. This is normal and is not considered a defect.

This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and Canada and is not transferable. All implied warranties are limited in duration to the shorter of the period provided by law or the period of this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty excludes special, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state. To exercise this warranty, please contact the US Cabinet Depot supplier from whom you purchased the product. Report, in writing, to support@uscabinetdepot.com all defects claimed and include proof of purchase documentation.

A Happy Customer Says

Affordable Cabinets worked with me to replace an old outdated kitchen. I love the Shaker Style cabinets they sell and was impressed with how well made they are. They have all the modern features like slow close door hinges and drawer slides. They helped me pick out the sink and faucet I wanted and saved me a bundle. I picked out my own door and drawer hardware. It was fun working with Dennis and his team! They made some great suggestions and I just love my new kitchen! They have a terrific electrician who installed modern outlets and put in some beautiful new lighting for us. The trim carpenters installed moldings that really freshened up my home! My normal, average house now has a million dollar looking kitchen for a fraction of the price!
