Lifetime Limited Warranty
Limited Lifetime Cabinet Warranty
There are a lot of online companies selling professional cabinet assembly and installation, bathroom vanities, and storage, but very few are willing to stand by their product. The products of our supplier, US Cabinet Depot, a BGI subsidiary, are covered by a lifetime warranty.
Lifetime Limited Warranty:
Brothers Global Inc, warrants to the original consumer purchaser that US Cabinet Depot cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product (Proof of Purchase is required). This warranty is not transferable and only applicable to products used for residential purposes. Representatives of US Cabinet Depot do not have the authority to change or enlarge this warranty.
Contact
After you contact us and we arrange a meeting we’ll come and take a look and listen to what you want to do. We’ll talk about what kind of a budget you have for the project and help establish if we can help you get accomplished what you would like to do within the size of the budget. We’ll take measurements and notes so that we can prepare a draft of a plan to come back and present to you.
Power Meeting
At this meeting we’ll go over the plan we have developed and present a price quotation that will show the cost for cabinets and labor for the project. We are working with our countertop vendor to be able to show the approximate cost of a countertop and the other items you’ll need to purchase or have us purchase for you to complete the job. You will learn that the other professionals we work with (Countertop Shop, Electrician, Plumber, Ceramic Tile installer, Painter, etc) will contact you individually and review the project and listen to what you want done and then they will quote you prices for their work as you’ll be paying them directly. Our installation team is also paid directly by you and will be doing the removal of the old cabinets and any walls that need to come out and will then assemble and install the new cabinets. That is all. The other contractors on our team bill you individually so feel free to make deals with them. We have no financial arrangement with them so you save money this way! We’ll go over all the details of the project with you at this time!
Do The Work
We require that the cost of the cabinets be paid before we can proceed with the project. When we start, our installation will require that one half of the labor be paid at that point and the balance due at the end of the project along with any additional expenses they have incurred. Note that we will not incur any additional expenses without your approval first. How long the project takes varies on the size of the project, the difficulty we have in moving in and out of the work area and how long it takes the countertop company to come in and template(measure) for the new countertop(s) and then go back to the shop and cut and prepare them. After the tops are installed our plumber will return to connect the new sink, faucet, dishwasher, ice maker, etc. Then, if you’re having any painting done the painting crew will swing into action. The electrician is typically doing his work at the same time we’re installing cabinets.

After you contact us:
- Meeting to discuss your vision of the project
- Budget fixing for the project
- Analyze the area and note down the measurements
Within a week, the next meeting
- We show you the plan’s initial draft with the changes made.
- We will explain how our team will accomplish the plan to implement the task and suggestions we discussed in the first meeting.
- We will discuss the budget for the project and present any additional ideas that will lead to a successful outcome.
- We will talk about the overall developed plan and the price quotation, which includes labor and product, in this meeting
- Review how to reach contractors (electricians, painters, tile installers, etc.) and countertop suppliers to get quotes from them. They will be billing you separately from us.
- We will discuss project scheduling and details.
- After you pay for the cabinets, we get them ordered.
- (The 1st Labor Payment is due now.) Cabinets will be set to arrive the afternoon that demolition has been completed.
- We install the cabinets starting with the base cabinets so we can get our countertop supplier to the project so they can template the countertops plan. Countertops typically arrive about a week after templating.
- We finish installing the cabinets and wait for the countertops to arrive.
- After the countertops are installed, the plumbing connections are done, and your new kitchen is ready to use!
